At NCC Adult Family Home
Physical Therapy
Upon initial admission, we discuss about future goals and factors to promote strength for our residents. Per residents and family members agreement we provide a Physical Therapy just to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC. We’re passionate about providing a myriad of opportunities for our residents to make new memories and new friends while enjoying our quality services. And we’re always open to suggestions! 24/7 Caregivers Service
When every day activities become too difficult to manage by ourselves, we often need our family and loved ones to chip in. “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC provides the support required to carry on with dignity, with the same love and care a family member would provide. This support includes 24/7 Caregiver services.
Nurses available
Nurses play tremendous role, we provide our residents with Nurse who visit in person three times a week and available on the phone 24/7 to make sure there’s always clinical assistance and care to our residents at “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC. We’re passionate about providing a myriad of opportunities for our residents to make new memories and new friends while enjoying our quality services. And we’re always open to suggestions! Home doctor visit
Upon initial admission and each annually assessment of our residents, we suggest home doctor visits to our residents to reduces stress experience of doctor appointments at clinic. Per residents and family members agreement we provide our residents with Physician visit at home to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at “Neighbors”Choice Care LLC. We’re passionate about providing a myriad of opportunities for our residents to make new memories and new friends while enjoying our quality services. And we’re always open to suggestions! Spiritual Support
During Lifeway there are what we call downtime most of us need spiritual care to lift up our spirits, with respect of each residents religion and believe “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC provides the spiritual support by scheduling Pastors and Priests home visit per residents and family members request upon initial admission or as lifelong. This support includes Sunday service online and other activities may come along with it. Hospice Care
Dying with dignity is our first priority, at “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC we offer a hospice and terminal illness care. We respect our residents beliefs, will and wishes. We make sure that our residents does not feel lonely at their last days of live by keeping them conformable and clean, we choice to make “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC feel like family during this time. When this time comes we will come together to discuss the best care for the resident.

We prepare meals
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to take care of themselves. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task, "Neighbors" Choice Care LLC fills this hole by preparing meals for the residents. We follow each resident diet as doctor order, we understand the diversity and respect culture approach when it comes to food.
Daily routine
Many of our residents at "Neighbors" Choice Care LLC require some assistant and reminder of personal hygiene, daily routine and well-being monitoring. We assist our residents with ADL's activities, provide per-care for continent and incontinent residents, and report any skin break to the doctor/nurse. We assist with shower/bathing, bed bath and toileting. Our Adult Family Home provides complimentary and customizable Assisted Living services for all our residents, we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at "Neighbors" Choice Care LLC.
Additional Care Available
Many of our residents at "Neighbors" Choice Care LLC require some nutritional assistant and reminder to keep themselves health as they are aging. We expect declining and we are prepared for further life adventure. we go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at "Neighbors" Choice Care LLC do not exited to share your loved one life with us.
Medication monitoring
Throughout the year, we provide our residents with Medication Monitoring that include contact doctor office and pharmacy for refill, discontinue, pick up/ drop off of medication. We provide a nurse delegation to all our caregivers to better assist our residents to apply topical med, eyes/hears drop, handle residents med and admitting oral medication. All is to make sure there’s always something exciting to look forward to at "Neighbors" Choice Care LLC . It’s just one of the things that sets our Adult Family Home apart from the rest. We’re passionate about providing opportunities for our residents to make new memories and friends while enjoying our services.
Transportation
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to drive themselves for safety concern. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. "Neighbors" Choice Care LLC provides transportation to our residents to doctor appointment, personal shopping/grocery, and others location outside the house which we are more than happy to offer.
Housekeeping
There comes a point in everyone’s life when they may no longer be able to do house work. Nature calls for the families of each individual to take care of them, just as they were cared for when they were young. Unfortunately, careers and other matters of modern life can often make this a difficult task. “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC provides housekeeping to our resident that include mopping the floor, dusting, clean bathroom, laundry, make bed/ change linen, clean the surface of the house and dishes. We go just one step further to make everyone feel like they’re truly at home at “Neighbors” Choice Care LLC.
